Phil Forrester

Phil Forrester is a sales strategist, leadership coach, and entrepreneur with a passion for building systems that help people and businesses thrive — whether through better sales processes, stronger teams, or healthier lives.

Phil began his B2B sales career straight out of the University of Arkansas, selling long-distance and data services for MCI Communications. He was quickly recruited into senior leadership roles at high-growth telecom startups, helping bring high-speed internet to market in competition with telecom monopolies.

His passion for coaching and team development led him into the world of sales training and performance consulting. Phil joined AXIOM Sales Force Development (now AXIOM Sales Kinetics), first as a facilitator and then as a senior leader overseeing multi-million-dollar client engagements. Over 17 years, he hired and trained instructors, managed large-scale program delivery, and helped enterprise sales teams improve results through problem-centric selling.

Following his time at AXIOM, Phil transitioned into a corporate sales enablement role at a regional media company, where he reported directly to the CEO and supported $25 million in annual revenue. In 2024, he returned to his entrepreneurial roots, joining longtime friend Sander Biehn as COO and CRO of Ready For Social, a SaaS platform that helps B2B teams grow their influence and pipelines on LinkedIn. Together, they rebuilt the pricing model, go-to-market strategy, and sales operations to drive sustainable growth beyond founder-led sales.

In parallel with his professional work, Phil and his wife, Lori, own Rock City Complete Fitness, a health and fitness facility in North Little Rock that focuses on improving health through community, nutrition, and functional fitness. Phil is a CrossFit Level 2 Certified Coach, a Certified Senior Facilitator, and a John Maxwell Leadership Coach. He holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Arkansas.

Phil and Lori have been married for over 30 years and are passionate about coaching others — in business, in fitness, and in life — to live with purpose and possibility.
